These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of all services offered by NKV Archaeology Articles News, including our website, newsletters, mobile notifications, RSS feeds, and any other digital products we provide. These TOS are separate from and supplementary to our Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration

Certain features of the NKV Platform — including newsletter subscriptions, comment participation, and saved articles — may require account registration. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify NKV immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or create accounts for automated use

Newsletter & Notification Services

By subscribing to NKV newsletters or push notifications, you consent to receive editorial communications from NKV. Frequency varies by subscription type. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by managing your preferences at nkvarchaeology.com/account.

Content Licenses

NKV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content on the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

• Commercial reproduction or distribution of any NKV content
• Systematic downloading or caching of NKV content
• Use of NKV content in AI training datasets without written permission
• Framing or mirroring NKV pages on other websites

Comment & Community Guidelines

NKV hosts reader comments on select articles. All participants agree to engage respectfully and in good faith. NKV reserves the right to remove comments that are hateful, abusive, defamatory, spam, or off-topic without notice. Repeat violators may be banned from participation. Reported comments are reviewed within 48 hours.

Service Availability

NKV strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. NKV is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

NKV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time for violations of these TOS, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law. Subscribers who are terminated for cause are not entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
